The School of Education at the University of Leeds is pleased to announce the Research Students’ Education Conference 2016 (RSEC) on the topic of REFLECTION. PGR students from across the WRDTC (University of Sheffield, University of York and the University of Leeds) are invited to participate and attend. 

Experienced scholars tell us time after time that reflection is a useful tool in our learning to become effective researchers. It allows us to develop clarity on our thoughts and therefore is encouraged throughout the research journey.

This annual conference provides a dynamic environment where students can share different aspects of their research journey. This year students have the opportunity to share reflections on any aspect such as:

  • Experiences in creating a theoretical background
  • Data collection or analysis,
  • Using specific software
  • Research method
  • Limitations of your research
  • Impact of your research
